Plastic parts kit for a motorcycle
Challenge
The client needed a supplier that could turn their aesthetic proposal into functional, durable parts compatible with the motorcycle, ensuring dimensional compatibility, texture uniformity and structural strength.
What did we do?
We scanned the chassis and developed the models together with our strategic suppliers, running iterations with 3D-printed prototypes until the final design was defined. The molds were then manufactured, we validated the first samples on the motorcycle and applied the necessary adjustments to ensure their appearance, functionality and assembly.
